    Payment Mode

    Setup a Payment Mode to determine the Bill To on a reservation account in RMS.

    A Payment Mode identifies the method of payment on a reservation and determines the Bill To options for each Reservation Account Type.

    A Payment Mode identifies the method of payment on a reservation and determines the Bill To options for each Reservation Account Type.

    Selecting or changing a Payment Mode on a reservation will update the Bill To on the Reservation Accounts to use the defaults setup on the selected Payment Mode.



    Fields displayed on the Reservation Screen can be customised using Field Maintenance.



    Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

    Have your System Administrator complete the following.

    1. Go to Setup > Accounting > Payment Modes in RMS.
    2. Select the 'Add' icon.
    3. Enter a Code.
    4. Enter a Description.
    5. Select the Bill To for each Account Type.
    6. Save/Exit.



    Properties connected to the Arianne Kiosk can setup additional Payment Mode options for use with the kiosk.

    Selecting or changing the Payment Mode on a reservation will update the Bill To on the Reservation Accounts to use the defaults setup on the selected Payment Mode.
