The Attributes filter on the Rate Manager enables viewing displayed Properties & Categories by the selected features.
Attributes are features that can be used to filter searches for a Property, Category or Area in RMS and on the RMS IBE.
Users will require Security Profile access to the Rate Manager Chart to use this feature.

- Go to Charts > Rate Manager in RMS.
- Select the
'Attributes' icon. - Select the Attributes checkbox.
- Select the And/Or Toggle.
- Select
'Apply/Exit'.
Select the 
'Clear Attributes' icon to remove currently selected Attribute filters from the Rate Manager Chart.
The 
toggle determines if the selected Attributes must apply in combination (And) or any of the selected Attributes qualify (Or).
The 
Attributes icon will display highlighted when there is an active Attributes filter affecting the display on the Rate Manager Chart.

The Rate Manager Chart will now only display a Property or Category that matches the selected Attributes criteria.
The Attributes icon will be highlighted when there is an active Attributes filter affecting the display on the Rate Manager Chart.
Select the 'Attributes' icon and choose 'Clear Attributes' to remove all active filters.
This will restore the display of the Rate Manager Chart to the default of all Properties & Categories.
