Information
Quick Quote allows Users to search, quote and compare availability for multiple Properties, Categories & Rate Types.
Individual or Master Reservations can be quoted or created using a variety of options including the Availability View and Mixed Rate Reservations (Rate Mixer).
Quick Quote can be setup with a default Rate Type or display the Active BAR on the Availability View when using Multi-BAR.
Enterprise customers can filter and search availability across multiple or individual Properties.
Rate Types with a Discount attached will display the Discounted Rate Amount.
Second Deposits are calculated on the Reservation Screen and are not included in the displayed Deposit Amount.
The 'Nights Booked' column will display the total number of reservation nights for that Area spanning 14 days before and after the selected Arrive Date.
The following views are available on Quick Quote:

| Default | The Default View uses a collapsible style display for the selected Categories or Rate Types and includes the following information for the entire date range selected: Currency, Total Areas, Available Areas, House Available, Areas, Discount, First Night's Rate, Average Rate, Base, Rate, Package, Total Rate, Deposit, Minimum Nights & Category or Rate Type Description (Based on primary selection) |
| Availability | The Availability View displays a breakdown of the Total Rate, Nightly Rate & Nightly Availability for each date within the selected date range and is suitable for Book by Category, Mixed Rate Reservations or Flexible Date Quotes. |
| Long Stay | The Long Stay View is available for Long Stay Reservations staying more than 30 nights that will use a Long Stay Charge for their accommodation fees. |
| Hourly View | The Hourly View is available for Day Use Reservations that will use an Hourly Rate Type for their accommodation fees. |

The 'Property Information' icon will show Extra Property Information for the selected Property. |

The 'Special Events' icon will display Special Events for the selected date range without navigating away from Quick Quote. |

The 'Currency Converter' icon enables a quote search using any Foreign Exchange Rates setup in RMS. |

The 'Options' icon shows customisable options for Quick Quote, which include Set Default Rate Type, Show Rate Mixer in Availability View, Hide Discount, Show Cancellation Policy & Show GST Inclusive (availability view only). |

The 'Attributes' icon displays Attributes that can be used to filter quote searches by Property, Category or Area. |

The 'Allotment' icon will display when a Group or Travel Agent with a Guaranteed Allotment has been selected. |

The 'Picture' icon will display Photos setup for a Category. |
 |
The 'Open Interactive Map' icon will show the Interactive Map to view Availability or create a Reservation. |
Category, Area, Rate & Reservation are default System Labels that can be customised.
Users will require Security Profile access to use this feature.

- Select a View.
- Select a Property.
- Select the Arrive & Depart Dates.
- Enter the Number of Guests.

Optional: Select Additional Reservation Details.
- Optional: Select a Group Allotment.
- Optional: Select a Company.
- Optional: Select a Travel Agent.
- Optional: Select a Discount.
- Select the checkbox for a Category or Rate Type.
- Select 'Get Quote'.
Add the 
'Quick Quote' icon to the Toolbar Menu for quick access from anywhere in RMS.
Use the displayed quote to create a Reservation, Group Reservation or Mixed Rate Reservation.
