Reservation Audit Trail
Change log recorded on the 'Audit Trail' tab of a Reservation in RMS.
The 
'Audit Trail' tab on the Reservation provides a change log recording all modifications made on the Reservation after it's initial creation as well as actions performed on the Reservation Account, 'Housekeeping' tab and 'Hold' tab.
The following information is included in the Audit Trail.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | The date and time the change or action occurred. |
| View | Where on the Reservation the change or action occurred. |
| Field Modified | The field with the changed value. |
| Old Value | The value that was previously set in the field. |
| New Value | The value the field was set to. |
| Amount | The numerical value set for an applicable field or action. |
| Username | The User that performed the action. |
| Reason | The Reason that was selected for an applicable action. |

Reservation Account
The follow changes and actions on the Reservation Account will be recorded on the Reservation Audit Trail.
